The Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Autonomous University of Madrid) was founded in 1968. It is one of the ‘QS Top 50 Under 50’ universities in the world. The University Autonoma de Madrid is famous for its expert Faculty of Law. It has over 36,000 students enrolled in its eight colleges.
This university in Spain has three campuses. The most important one is the Cantoblanco Campus which is 15 kilometers (9 miles) north of Madrid. The Universidad Autónoma de Madrid is proud to be the alma mater of His Majesty King Felipe VI of Spain. This university, which is part of the UAM-CSIC Campus de Excelencia, has several partnerships with other organizations.
