Due to COVID-19, the universities have become a bit flexible about their requirements.
You need a good score in 12th English to show language proficiency.
As far as the fee is concerned, the University of Toronto provides various scholarships/financial aid to international students.
        Types of scholarships include:
1.) Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering Scholarships
        2.) In-Course Scholarships

JEE is not a requirement for admission to the University of Toronto.
Here are the academic documents you need to submit for the subjects of Physics, Math, and Chemistry at the grade 12 level:

            1. Academic transcripts from high school/ senior secondary (CBSE, CISCE, Year 12 state board exams.)
            2. English proficiency test scores may also be required.

Reach out to the study abroad experts to plan your admissions and applications for the universities.
