The cut-off varies from university to university. I'd advise you to decide upon the course and the university you want to target and look at their GMAT score cut-off.
Some top universities accept a score range of 610 to 780. These include:

        1. University of Chicago
        2. London Business School
        3. University of Cambridge
        4. Northwestern University
Some universities have a cut-off range of 600-700. These include:
        5. McGill University
        6. University of Toronto

Make sure you prepare for your GMAT exam well to get a good GMAT score. You can also read about the GMAT exam here: All about the GMAT exam.
