    • RE: SAT Requirement For NYU

      Hey Devki!

The average SAT score composite that you are expected to achieve is 1440, on the 1600 scale. This is a score that classifies NYU among the ‘strongly competitive’ universities for SAT scores. Scoring close to the 75th percentile and above can easily grant you admission to the next round of the selection process.

These are the scores that you will be expected to achieve in the SAT exam –

      Section – Math
      Average – 740
      75th Percentile – 790

      Section – Reading + Writing
      Average – 700
      75th Percentile – 740

      Section – Composite
      Average – 1440
      75th Percentile – 1510

When learning how to get admission in NYU, the Score Choice policy is an important aspect to consider.

NYU has a Score Choice policy of ‘Contact School’. This means that the school encourages you to contact them directly to learn more about their Score Choice policies. For the ACT exam, you will be expected to score an average of 32, with the 75th percentile ACT score being 34.

Read about all these points in detail here: How to get admission in NYU | Facts, admission process, and more!

    • RE: University Application

      Hey Rutuja,

These are great questions and I'll try and answer all your questions as systematically as possible. Both scholarships and university applications depend upon your overall profile. Factors such as your Statement of Purpose, Letters of recommendation, Certifications, Social work, etc. along with your scores, play a major role in your application.
Being an 'undecided major' allows you to enter your chosen college without declaring a major and thus, allows you to explore your interests. Your SOP is what sets your profile apart from the other applicants'. Therefore, it's a highly important aspect.
Since the IELTS exam is more widely accepted, you can definitely try taking it. However, it still largely depends upon the country you choose.

In order to make an exact analysis, we'd need your exam scores and other details. But depending upon the program and university you choose, as long as you have a solid profile overall you can definitely get into top universities. If you need help choosing the right program/university based on your scores and preferences, you can always contact us or register with us. Hope the answer helped!

    • RE: Education loan for studying abroad

      @shruti-rai
There is no one right answer to this question. The bank you choose will depend on your personal financial situation. But let’s look at the options you have-

      1. Public banks: Public Sector Banks or PSB’s, like SBI, offer low-interest rates. Apply for a loan here at least 20-25 days in advance.
      2. Private banks: The good thing about private banks like HDFC and Axis is that they offer higher amounts of loans than PSB’s for unsecured loans.
      3. NBFC’s: NBFC’s are a great option if you want to get an unsecured loan in a very short period of time.

You can read all about getting an education loan here: Education loan for abroad studies

    • RE: Virtual Hiring

@Ryan-Rossi Virtual hiring is the process of using technology to complete the hiring process remotely without the need for in-person interaction. This can include virtual interviews, online assessments, and other digital tools to evaluate and select candidates. Virtual hiring has become more prevalent due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as many companies have had to adapt to remote work and hiring processes. It offers convenience and flexibility for both employers and candidates, allowing them to connect and complete the hiring process anywhere.
