Currently in my 7th semester of CSE, with a 7.7 CGPA till now.
I am planning to pursue a master's in CS from Europe.

I have few questions:
Q1. Do work experience count in Europe for MS?
Q2. Which scholarships are there in Europe for Indian students (merit-based as well as general subsidy for foreign students)?
Q3. GRE or ILETS, or both?
Q4. Best university for MS in CS in Europe.
Q5. Do I require to learn any other language, if yes then is there a possibility that I can bypass it or any country which does not require it?

It would be of great help if you could answer these all.
