If you are studying for your undergraduate course, you will require a German Language B2 level to be on the safe side. As most of the courses are German taught. For courses taught in English Overall 6.0 and an individual 5.5 is a must. For Post Graduate Overall 6.5 and individual 6.0 is mandatory.
