Hello everyone, can anyone tell me about the best universities in Germany for Aerospace Engineering?
I have a requirement plan:

1. The university should provide rooms
2. Internet in rooms
3. Masters degree should be available
4. Any scholarships available which covers all our expenses along with giving us some money?
5. There should be no tuition-fee.
6. Teaching language...both are okay.
