How do I request a refund for my Pearson Accelerated Pathways program?
To request a refund, email support-india@pearsonaccelerated.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Full Name]". Include your full name, registered email ID, contact number, payment receipt or transaction ID, and the reason for your request.
What is the refund eligibility period?
You must submit your refund request within 15 calendar days of your official program subscription start date to be eligible.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, if the request is submitted within the 15-day window and the program materials have not been substantially used. Pearson reserves the right to deduct administrative fees in some cases.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to the original payment method. Additional bank processing time may apply.
Are there any situations where refunds are not granted?
Yes. Refunds will not be issued if the request is made after 15 days, or due to dissatisfaction with the course, personal circumstances, or forgetting to cancel on time.
