Teesside University offers the Alumni Scholarship. This one time scholarship offered by the International Students Office of Teesside University awards scholarships to degree-seeking students who have specified financial needs. Note that a large portion of the scholarship funds come from International student tuition. Alumni Scholarship is applicable for Masters Degree.   • This scholarship is also applicable to students who have completed a master’s and progressed to a new postgraduate program at the University

The eligible candidates will be awarded a £1,000 staying-on bonus which will be applied as a discount on their first-year fees for the next programme.

Scholarship Eligibility

Applicants must fulfil any of the following academic requirements:

  • Minimum of 55% or CGPA 5.8/10 from a recognised Indian university
  • 50% or CGPA 5.5/10 minimum from the following universities: Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Anna, Jadavpur or Kolkata University
  • must fulfil any of the English Language requirements:
    • IELTS required for postgraduate (taught) programmes in MBA, Education, English, Law (LLM), History, Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, Youth Studies, Criminal Investigation, Human Resource Management – 6.5 with a minimum score of 5.5 in each band
    • PTE Academic- 58
  • Applicants must have a minimum of two years, graduate level, full-time work experience in a relevant role (eg management / administrative/ professional/supervisory capacity)
  • must apply directly to the University and shouldn’t use an agent to be eligible for this bonus
