Scholarship Overview

Teesside University offers the Alumni Scholarship. This one time scholarship offered by the International Students Office of Teesside University awards scholarships to degree-seeking students who have specified financial needs. Note that a large portion of the scholarship funds come from International student tuition. Alumni Scholarship is applicable for Masters Degree. The award is applicable for the courses like Master of Business Administration,Master of Business Administration (Applied). If we consider the amount of the Alumni Scholarship, then it varies each semester. The applicants should review the scholarship application in order to fully understand the availability and amount for that particular semester.

This scholarship is applicable for the following courses in Teesside University in the UK

• Master of Business Administration
• Master of Business Administration (Applied)
• This scholarship applies to all undergraduate International students (non-European Union) who wish to progress to postgraduate study programs at Teesside University
• This scholarship is also applicable to students who have completed a master’s and progressed to a new postgraduate program at the University

Scholarship amount details

The eligible candidates will be awarded a £1,000 staying-on bonus which will be applied as a discount on their first-year fees for the next programme.

Scholarship Eligibility

Applicants must fulfil any of the following academic requirements:

• Minimum of 55% or CGPA 5.8/10 from a recognised Indian university
• 50% or CGPA 5.5/10 minimum from the following universities: Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Anna, Jadavpur or Kolkata University
• must fulfil any of the English Language requirements:
  • IELTS required for postgraduate (taught) programmes in MBA, Education, English, Law (LLM), History, Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, Youth Studies, Criminal Investigation, Human Resource Management – 6.5 with a minimum score of 5.5 in each band
  • PTE Academic- 58
• Applicants must have a minimum of two years, graduate level, full-time work experience in a relevant role (eg management / administrative/ professional/supervisory capacity)
• must apply directly to the University and shouldn’t use an agent to be eligible for this bonus
