Scholarship Eligibility

  • Applicants should be able to demonstrate a connection between your subject of study and your longer-term career objectives, explaining how you see your professional work contributing to the improvement of public life in your country of origin or at a wider regional or international level
  • Applicants are normally expected to be predicted or have achieved a first-class undergraduate degree with honours in computer science or mathematics
  • IELTS: 75 with min score of 70 in each component
  • Interviews are normally held as part of the admissions process and take place throughout the year Of those that apply around a third are invited to interview
  • A separate interview is required for scholarship purpose
  • Applicants with a full-time degree-level course of a minimum of nine months, at a recognized institution, where the medium of instruction and assessment was entirely in English can be exempted from the English proficiency exam at the discretion of the University

Special Restrictions:
Applicants should be intending to return to their country of ordinary residence once their course is completed.
