Scholarship Eligibility

  • Applicants must have any one of the following:
    • CBSE score of 165, entry requirement is the total of the best four externally examined subjects (where A1=5, A2=45, B1=35, B2=3, C1=2, C2=15, D1=1, D2=05)
    • Indian School Certificate- 93 (average of the best four externally examined subjects, including English)
    • Indian Higher Secondary School Certificate- 95 (Average of the best 5 academic subjects in the HSSC in the states, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal)
  • Must satisfy the English language proficiency requirement by submitting one of the following tests:
    • IELTS – Overall score of 7.5, with a minimum score of 7.0 in each band
    • TOEFL – Overall score of 105, with a minimum of 23 in reading, listening, and speaking, and 25 in writing
    • PTE – Overall score of 76 with 68 in each band
  • Must be enrolled for CRICOS registered program of study at the University of Sydney in any Undergraduate coursework full degree program
  • Must be willing to promote the program in which they are enrolled as well as represent the University of Sydney at student orientation, marketing events, and corporate networking events
