Education Loan for Germany

A set of documentation must be submitted with each loan application, including one for studying in Germany. The following papers must be presented to the bank in order to acquire a student loan, albeit the list changes depending on the lender/bank.

• Admission letter from the approved college/university

• The application for a loan must be completed in its entirety

• Documents pertaining to the expenses of the course

• Proof of identification, 

• Proof of residence,

• Proof of identification, 

• Marks sheet and other achievement certificates

• Bank statements of the guarantor/student

• Statement of assets of the guarantor/student

• Proof of income from a guarantor or a student

  
  

Salaried Co-applicant documents 

• Pay slips over the previous three months

• Copy of Form 16 for the last 2-3 years or copy of IT Returns for the previous 2-3 financial years, acknowledged by the Income Tax Department.

• Bank Account statement over the last six months (salary account).

Self-employed Co-applicant documents 

• Proof of business address (If Applicable)

• Certificate of TDS (Form 16A, if applicable)

• The previous three years Certificate of Qualification (ITR) (for C.A./Doctors, and other professionals)

• Account statement over the last six months

Documents Related to Collateral (If applicable)

• Title & Sales Deed

• Receipt of registration

• Allotment letter

• Chain deed of 30 years

• Electricity bill or Tax copy

• Approved building plan

• OC and Completion Certificate.
