Students will develop Their scientific and technical knowledge and skills, allowing Students to help tackle the challenge of producing food sustainably for a growing global population. Focusing on the chemistry, biochemistry and physics that underpin food manufacturing, Students will also study nutrition and the physiology of the human diet.
