About

The Film and Media Studies degree combines a solid business education with behind-the-scenes technical skills, so students learn everything students need to run the show. The program teaches students to produce compelling stories through a range of platforms, from podcasts to movie screens. First, students will explore cultural, social and political aspects of media. Then, students will get hands-on experience in production techniques, culminating in an internship or capstone project. Explore their interests in photography, video or sound design, and learn how to put their passion to work.

Eligibility Requirements:

To be eligible for admission, applicants must submit an official transcript from all high schools they have attended, including their most recent grades at the time of their application. Applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate English proficiency with the help of TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo, Cambridge English Assessment or Michigan English Test. In addition, they must submit other required documentation.
