Chevening Scholarships are a worldwide scholarship program run by the UK government. The majority of Chevening Scholarships pay for tuition costs, a predetermined living stipend, an economy class return flight to the UK. It also covers supplementary funds for necessary expenses. Some scholarships only cover a portion of the cost of studying in the United Kingdom, such as tuition fees or allowances.
Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships (Switzerland)
Graduates from various areas can apply for Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships to pursue doctoral or postdoctoral research at a publicly financed university or recognized organization in Switzerland. The scholarship includes a monthly stipend, tuition, health insurance, and a living allowance, among other expenses.
Gates Cambridge Scholarships (UK)
Gates Cambridge Scholarships are granted to excellent students from outside the United Kingdom who wish to study a full-time postgraduate degree at the University of Cambridge in any discipline. The scholarship covers the total cost of attending Cambridge, including the University Composition Fee and Applicable College Fees, a single student's maintenance allowance, one single economy travel at the start and end of the term, and incoming immigration charges.
University of Chester International Sports Scholarship (UK)
Students who demonstrate an active representation at national and international levels may be eligible for this scholarship. Eligible students are awarded financial support of up to 3000 pounds.
The scholarship also includes weekly strength & conditioning sessions two to three times a week. Scholars also have access to a resident's sports therapist and sports science support.
Western Colorado University - International Merit Scholarships
This international merit scholarship is awarded to students with the relevant athletic training and exposure. While the university is not directly involved in the selection process, the amount awarded is a maximum of 2500 USD for every eligible student.
