Appication Process for this scholarship

SELECTION

  • No application is required. Scholarships will be awarded automatically to students upon application to study an eligible FEBE Engineering or Technology postgraduate coursework degree program at the University of Newcastle. Scholarship offers will be made on the basis of academic merit:
  • • Tier 1: UON determined GPA 5.5 at entry
  • • Tier 2: UON determined GPA 5.0 at entry
  • • Tier 3: UON determined GPA 4.5 at entry Scholarship offers will be approved by one or more of the following members:
  • • Pro Vice Chancellor, Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment or nominee, and/or • Assistant Dean (International), Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, if required. To be eligible for an offer of this scholarship, you will need to:

  • Be commencing an eligible FEBE Engineering and Technology postgraduate coursework program at the University of Newcastle;
  • Be enrolled full time and studying on-campus at Callaghan.
  • Meet the tiered GPA level requirements.
  • Be a full-fee paying international student.
