  • Personal Statement- required of 4000 characters, which should answers the questions below:
    • -Why you are applying – your ambitions and what interests you about the subject, course providers and higher education
    • -What makes you suitable – any relevant skills, experience or achievements gained from education, work or other activities
    • -Why you want to study in the UK
    • -Your English language skills and any English courses or tests you’ve taken
    • -Why you want to be an international student rather than study in your own country

Scholarship Eligibility

Applicants:

  • must have passed high school
  • must have studied Mathematics and must include at least one of the following (only for Mechanical Engineering BEng (Hons):
    • Biology
    • Chemistry
    • Materials Science
    • Physics
    • Mechanics
    • Dynamics
    • Architecture or
    • General Engineering
  • must have studied mathematics or either of chemistry and physics, for Chemical Engineering BEng (Hons)
  • must satisfy the English language proficiency requirement with one of the following tests-
  • IELTS- Overall 6, with a minimum 5.5 in all elements
  • PTE- with no component less than 51
  • must be applying for an undergraduate program at the university
  • must be an international self-funded student paying full overseas fees
  • Other suitable experience or qualifications would be considered
