Scholarship Overview

The sum given to the University by Mr V. T. Taylor in memory of his father, Cuthbert Tuke Taylor, M.A., of Trinity College, shall form a fund called the C. T. Taylor Fund. The C T Taylor Cambridge International Scholarships will meet the full cost of research in any of the Faculties of Engineering, Earth Sciences and Geography, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, or the Computer Laboratory, the Departments of Chemical Engineering, Land Economy, Genetics, Plant Sciences, or Zoology..

Applicable course, university, and country

The scholarship is applicable for –

  • MPhil in Engineering for Sustainable Development
  • Graduate research courses such as Doctor of Philosophy, Master of Letters, Master of Science, Master of Research and certain Master of Philosophy
  • The Scholarship will provide up to full-cost support for courses of advanced study or research in Science, including Engineering, Mathematics, Geography and Land Economy, but excluding Medical research

Up to full-cost, including the University Composition Fee and maintenance (living expenses) for a single student
Conversion rate used: 1 Pound = Rs. 104.90 (last updated 7th December 2023)

Scholarship Eligibility

  • Bachelor: Professional Bachelor (4 years) when awarded from a top institution (BEng; BTech; MBBS) with a grade of 70%
  • Bachelor of Law (3 years) with a grade of 70%
  • Bachelor of Arts (3 years) (From University of Delhi and Mumbai) with a grade of 70% or Masters with a Pass
  • IELTS: 7.0 with no score less than 7.0 in each section
  • Preference will be given to candidates from Australia, Canada, New Zealand, or the United States of America
