Scholarship Overview

Teesside University’s Teesside University Advance is offered to any new student who joins year 0 or year 1 and to direct entrants onto year as a full-time undergraduate on the degree course for the Academic Year 2022/23. Eligibility relates to being enrolled in a Teesside University course with an overall credit value consistent with that of a standard undergraduate degree consisting of 360 credits and delivered at least in part in either the Middlesbrough or Darlington Campus of the Teesside University. Direct entrants onto year 3, students who are on the repeat of year 3 or progressing to year 3 after having gone through year 2 but on reduced credit and having kept their study program, who started their undergraduate course before the scheme’s commencement are not eligible for Teesside Advance.

Scholarship Eligibility

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

To be eligible for the Scheme, a Student must be a New Entrant enrolling on year 0 or 1 and direct entrants onto year 2 (excluding direct entrants onto years 3 or students repeating any year) as a full time undergraduate degree student for Academic Year 2023/24 on a Teesside University course leading to an award of at least 360 credits delivered on Teesside University’s Middlesbrough, Darlington Campus.

The Scheme is available to Home and International students that meet the eligibility criteria.

The University reserves the right to extend or withdraw the Scheme at its discretion and the Scheme is not available to: a) students studying at one of the University’s Collaborative Partner Institutions; b) students studying a Higher Degree Apprenticeship; c) students studying on a health funded course; or d) Students studying on a post-graduate course
