Scholarship Overview

Continuing Merit scholarships is offered by the University of Massachusetts Boston . Continuing Merit scholarships is awarded to Bachelors Degree students who can demonstrate excellent academic achievement and the potential to contribute to the university community. This Merit Based scholarship will be given on a yearly basis. The scholarship amount can be used for tuition. The maximum scholarship amount a student can get is USD 4000. Students will be auto-considered for this scholarship if they apply for the courses on which this scholarship is applicable. Scholarship Eligibility

• Any current UMass Boston student is welcome to submit a scholarship application.
• Competitive applications will typically:
  • Have a minimum of 24 credits completed at UMass Boston.
  • Have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
  • Be enrolled in a degree-granting program.
