Scholarship Overview

Erasmus is a program that collects different tools for education, youth, and sport within Europe. It is expected to cost somewhere in the region of 26.2 billion euros. This is approximately two times over the budget allocation as compared to the earlier program. The cognizance of the program for the years 2021-2027 was on social inclusion, green and virtual boom, and inspiring adolescents engagement in democracy. It complements the targets and sports contained in the European Education Area, the Digital Education Action Plan and the European Skills Agenda.

Scholarship amount details

• EU scholarships cover:
  • The cost of a student’s participation in the program.
  • Travel expenses.

• Erasmus Mundus joint master’s programs:
  • Provide 60, 90, or 120 ECTS credits.
  • Last from a minimum of 12 months to a maximum of 24 months.
  • The majority are 24-month programs.
