Scholarship Eligibility

  • The Scholarship will be awarded to all full-time, part-time, distance learning, and online learning students who meet all the following criteria:
    • Have an unconditional offer to study a taught Master’s programme at Brunel University London, including the MBA and MRes programmes.
    • Have achieved a First Class honours degree from a UK or EU University.
      • For a UK degree: the award must be from a UK University; the student does not have to have attended a UK-based campus.
      • An honours degree awarded with distinction is acceptable where no first-class classification exists.
      • Holding a higher degree without a First Class classification at undergraduate level does not qualify for this award.
      • For an EU equivalent: the award must be from a recognised EU institution and equivalent to a First Class honours degree, as listed in Appendix 1.
    • Are attending the University on a self-funding basis and are responsible for paying their tuition fees in full. Students funding their studies with an SLC Postgraduate Master’s Loan or a scholarship/bursary fee waiver are considered self-funding for this Scholarship.
