President’s Merit Award Scholarship is offered by the City University of Seattle . President’s Merit Award Scholarship is awarded to Masters Degree students who can demonstrate excellent academic achievement and the potential to contribute to the university community. This Merit Based scholarship will be given one time. The scholarship amount can be used for tuition. The maximum scholarship amount a student can get is USD 5000. To qualify for the award, candidates must have completed the Bachelor degree and passed the 12th grade. Foreign students wishing to apply for this scholarship must take English proficiency exams such as TOEFL, IELTS and PTE. In order to apply for the scholarship, applicants must be a:

  • First-time applicant to CityU and submit a Financial Declaration Form to the International Student Office, selecting the appropriate scholarship option
  • F-1 Visa holder in the Seattle area
  • An active I-20 holder
