Application Process for this scholarship:

  • LOR – Two Letter of Recommendation: Required from the following:
    • Faculty reference
    • Personal reference

    Both the references must complete their recommendations for their application

  • Application Deadline: The deadline is one week after the application deadline
  • Unofficial Transcripts: Transcripts must be translated into English
  • Application Form:
    1. Select class level from the dropdown available in the application form
    2. Fill out and confirm the application
    3. Complete additional requirements
  • Deadline Details:
    • All deadlines are 5:00 pm central time
    • There will be no exceptions to the deadlines
  • Recipient Notifications: Recipients are notified when they are awarded (May or July) and are announced to SWE members in September
