The Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich is associated with the LERU, Europaeum, and the German Excellence Universities. Earlier, the university was known as Ingolstadt University.

The Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich offers more than 100 areas of study with numerous combinations of majors and minors, including Physics, Psychology, Management, and Business. The University is divided into 18 faculties and has one of Germany’s finest library systems.
