Brown University's research work focuses on finding solutions to pressing local, national, and international issues. It also has a rich network of alumni, including 56 Rhodes Scholars, 54 members of the U.S. Congress, 52 Gates scholars of Cambridge, 14 MacArthur Fellows, 21 Pulitzer Prize winners, and 49 Marshall Scholars. 

Situated in Rhode Island, USA, Brown University's campus includes 230 buildings spread across 150 acres. Take the SAT or ACT and try to get a 2300+ or 32+, respectively.

Maintain a high GPA at school, ~4.0.

Enroll in credible extracurricular activities that showcase your commitment and time management skills.

Get glowing recommendations from teachers that know you well.

Write an exemplary essay, showcasing the admissions committee who you really are. It is imperative that you start the application process early so that you have enough time to think about your essay topics.
