CSU has momentarily suspended the use of SAT/ACT exams for the admission process. This change of admission eligibility criteria applies only for fall 2022, winter, and spring 2023 admission cycles.

Is an essay required for a CSU application?

CSU is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and is affiliated with the California State University System.

California State University system includes 23 campuses across California. Twenty-one of these campuses are located in the greater Los Angeles area, while one campus is in San Francisco. There are four types of CSUs: CSU Community Colleges; California State Universities; Sacramento Area CSUs; and San Francisco Area CSUs.

California State University provides undergraduate and master's degree programs in several disciplines like Business, Accounts, Arts, Engineering, Communication, Sciences, Nursing, Economics, Computer Science, and Philosophy.
