Eligibility Requirements:

High school sophomores and juniors are eligible to apply to NYU Precollege. Applicants must be in good academic and disciplinary standing as demonstrated in their academic transcript and application. High school students who participate in NYU Precollege demonstrate when they apply that they are ready for and committed to doing college-level work throughout the program. Admission is selective, and decisions are based on the strength of the student's high school academic work and their personal statement.
