About
This program fosters the kind of critical thinking that enables students to meet the challenges of global citizenship in the 21st century. Students learn to question conventional wisdom, wherever they find it. The department's sociologists study social and economic change as they impact social relations and identity, primarily in the United States, but also in Europe. Faculty research includes the areas of social class, race, drugs and society, religion and politics, media, and the environment.

About
This program is committed to familiarizing students with the systematic analysis of culture and social life. While anthropology once tended to focus on pre-industrial peoples and sociology on peoples in industrial societies, both disciplines are now thoroughly involved in understanding the contemporary, globalizing world, albeit through somewhat distinctive methodologies.

I had a wonderful experience with School Connect. My advisor was very approachable and knowledgeable. They conducted mock interviews for my VISA preparation, to add to that they have an amazing AI-based interview feature that comes in very handy to practice at our convenience. The advisors are prompt and quick to reply.

My counselor was Kunjal. I must appreciate her for all her efforts to make my case strong, guiding me, and answering all my silly questions. She prepared my case way before time and was supportive and available at any time. Grateful and glad I chose iSchoolConnect.
