The 2024 Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarships provide funding awards to international students throughout numerous postgraduate taught programs. Awards between £3,500 to £10,000 will be offered to eligible postgraduate-taught students and could be presented as a training price bargain.

Appication Process for this scholarship

Students will automatically be awarded the appropriate funding as long as you meet the eligibility criteria This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Submitting your application to the University by 31 July 2024
  • Accepting your offer and paying any applicable deposit by 30 June 2024 unless your deposit deadline is after this date, in which case, your deposit must be paid by your initial deposit deadline and your offer accepted within 14 days of it being made
  • Holding an offer for an eligible postgraduate taught course
  • Meeting the conditions of your offer (if applicable) by 20 August 2024

Students will be auto-considered for this scholarship when they apply for the courses on which this scholarship is applicable. No separate application is needed.

Scholarship Eligibility

  • The scholarship is for full-time students who will start their studies in autumn 2024 The award cannot be used for any other year of entry
  • Only self-funding international students are eligible and you must be confirmed as an overseas student for fee paying purposes
  • The scholarship is not open to students who are in receipt of funding from external bodies such as local Government, charities or private organisations
