Scholarship Overview

Deakin International Scholarship are offered at Deakin University to those international students who are pursuing a Masters Degree. This is a Merit Based Scholarship, which is provided to only maximum number of students, depending on the University. Deakin International Scholarship are valued at AUD 7550 for maximum number of students, depending on the University who qualify from Deakin University. Also, the Deakin International Scholarship helps students in reducing tuition on a yearly basis, offered in the first year of Masters Degree only. Applications for Deakin International Scholarship at Deakin University are filed separately. To be eligible for the award, applicants must have completed their 12th grade and also possess a Bachelor degree.

Additional Information: Unsuccessful applicants of the Deakin Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship will automatically be considered for the Deakin International Scholarship.

Scholarship Eligibility

Applicants must:

• be a prospective international student for a coursework degree at Deakin University
• be eligible to study at Deakin University
• have achieved a 65% average (or equivalent) in previous studies
• Applicants may also be asked to attend an interview

• Selection of successful applicants for the fixed number of scholarships will be competitive and may require scores above the stated minimum requirements
