The Dresden University of Technology provides this scholarship.   • Scholarship amount will be given: One Time
    • Duration of funding:
      • 12 to 42 months (depending on the degree programme) – usually 24 months for the participating Master’s programmes at TU Dresden.
    • Scholarship benefits:
      • Monthly scholarship instalment depending on level of education
      • Benefits for health, accident, and personal liability insurance
      • Allowance for travel costs, provided the costs are not covered by the home country or other sources
      • In addition, the following additional benefits may be granted under certain conditions:
        • monthly rent allowance
        • monthly allowances for accompanying family members

Appication Process for this scholarship

  • The application for an EPOS-funded study place starts more than one year before the start of the study. This means, for example, that an application in 2023 corresponds to a study start in 2024. It is not possible to start studies in the same year as the application.
  • EPOS applications are not submitted via the official application platforms of the TU Dresden (SELMA portal and uni-assist) as is usually the case, but are sent directly to the relevant contact person in the respective faculty.
  • Consult the website of the respective degree programmes for information on the exact application procedure (e.g. online or postal application), the application deadline, and the documents to be submitted.
