Scholarship Eligibility

  • Applicant must have a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) is required with a CGPA of at least 85 on a 1-10 scale or a score of 75
  • Applicants must have substantial knowledge in the following areas:
    • Calculus, Physics, and Computation
    • Electronic Circuits, Signals, and Mathematics
    • Electromagnetics and Systems
  • Must satisfy the English language proficiency requirement with one of the following tests:
    • TOEFL: Minimum total score of 90 with at least 21 in each section
    • IELTS: Minimum score 65 with at least 6 for each test component
  • Must be nationality non-EEA
  • Must be applying for a full-time bachelor’s or master’s program at one of the participating Dutch higher education institutions
  • Must not have a degree from an educational institution in the Netherlands
