Appication Process for this scholarship

  • Enrollment: After completion of enrollment in a bachelor degree, the applicant will receive an invitation by email to apply for a scholarship
  • Preparing the application: After receiving the invitation, the next step is preparing the following 3 items:
    • Curriculum Vitae (CV)
    • Motivation letter: Explain why you’ll be a successful HAN student
    • A short video (Max 3 minutes): Address various aspects including describing yourself, your achievements, what others would say about you, your chosen course of study at HAN, your role in a team, and your career ambitions
  • Submitting the application: Follow the link in the email invitation, fill out the application, and submit it digitally with the 3 prepared items before the specified deadline
  • Receive notification: The applicant will receive notification of the award
  • Accept the scholarship: Send written acceptance of the scholarship by the date stated in your award notification letter
  • For September 2022 entry: Deadline is 1 May, 12 pm CST Students will receive an email with notification of the award on 20th May (for September 2022) Students cannot combine HAN scholarships, but they can combine a HAN scholarship with a scholarship from another organization
