Appication Process for this scholarship

 

• All candidates with a non-French diploma (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree) admitted to the master’s programs are automatically considered for HEC Foundation Excellence scholarship. No additional document is required.
• Application Process for Master in Management:
  • Supporting documents to be uploaded before the application deadline:
    • Degree certificate(s) or current enrollment certificate
    • All official academic transcripts obtained in a higher education institution (exchange programs included) with official GPA
    • Résumé (CV)
    • GMAT (including GMAT Focus) or GRE (including GRE shorter version) or TageMage official score report. Please note that no minimum score is required to apply.
    • English language proficiency test score report: TOEFL or TOEIC (all four parts required: Listening, Reading, Speaking, and Writing) or IELTS or Cambridge.
    • One completed online academic reference
    • Reference letters must be submitted by the application deadline for each round.
    • It is recommended to ask for references at least four (4) weeks before the application deadline.
    • Any reference letter uploaded directly by the candidate to their application must be in PDF format and include the signature of the referee.
    • Passport-style photo
    • Non-refundable application fee of €150.
  • Pre-selected applicants are invited to a 25-30 minute interview. They are encouraged to discuss their unique background, motivation, interests, and goals during this interview.
  • If you have applied directly to HEC, you will have an online interview (in English).
  • If you have applied through Join a School in France, you will undergo the interview (in English) at one of the 80 centers worldwide.

Scholarship Eligibility

 

• All candidates with a non-French diploma (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree) are eligible for this scholarship.
• HEC Foundation Excellence Scholarships’ final decision is based on academic excellence, the overall strength of the application, the results of the selection interview, and the candidate’s GMAT/GRE/TAGE-MAGE performance.
• The HEC Master in Management/Grande Ecole Program (MiM) is open to high-level applicants with little or no professional experience, of all nationalities who:
  • Hold a bachelor degree of at least three years having obtained 180 ECTS in any field of studies (engineering, social sciences, sciences, arts, etc.). Applicants may apply in the same year they obtain their degree.
  • French language proficiency is not an admission criterion.
