Scholarship Eligibility

  • Applicants must have passed High School
  • Applicants are expected to have studied a rigorous high school curriculum in English, mathematics, science, social studies, foreign language and the arts, though not mandatory
  • In addition to academic criteria, candidates’ talent, perseverance, innovation, involvement and leadership are considered
  • English Langauge Proficiency:
    • TOEFL: 100 with min 20 in each section
  • Applicants with minimum scores of 650 on the SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing exam are not required to submit English Language Proficiency scores
  • SAT: Applicant must be at the top of applicant pool with respect to SAT scores, will typically be in the top 10 percent of their high school classes
  • Strong emphasis is placed on leadership in school and community service
