The scholarship is awarded at McGill University in Canada. Established in 2013 by Arthur Dalfen, B.Com. 1960, for outstanding international undergraduate students entering the Desautels Faculty of Management. Awarded by the Scholarships and Student Aid Office on the basis of academic excellence. Preference will be given to students paying the international fee tuition rate.
