Scholarship Eligibility

  • Applicants must have an undergraduate degree. Occasionally a strong career trajectory and/or professional qualifications are also accepted.
  • Applicants should have the ability to work in multicultural teams and an international outlook.
  • English Language Proficiency:
    • IELTS, or
    • PTE, or
    • English Language Proficiency is not required if applicants have completed their UG or PG degree entirely in English or if the applicant has worked or lived in an English-speaking country for at least two years since graduating from university.
  • LBS doesn’t normally consider applicants with fewer than two years’ relevant work experience.
  • Work experience should be in finance or a closely related field (such as corporate law, finance journalism, or IT in a financial institution).
  • Best candidates will be invited for an interview.
  • Preference will be given to the following candidates:
    • Preference for scholarships will be given to candidates who apply in rounds 1-4 (MiF full-time) and rounds 1-5 (MiF part-time).
