Scholarship Overview

BITS PILANI Tuition Fee Scholarship is offered by the BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus . BITS PILANI Tuition Fee Scholarship is awarded to Bachelors Degree students who can demonstrate excellent academic achievement and the potential to contribute to the university community. This Merit Based scholarship will be given one time. The scholarship amount can be used for tuition. The maximum scholarship amount a student can get is UAE Dirham 5415. Students will be auto-considered for this scholarship if they apply for the courses on which this scholarship is applicable. In this case, they need not submit a separate application for applying to this scholarship. Students must have taken the 12th grade to be eligible for this scholarship.

This scholarship is applicable for Bachelors Degree. This scholarship is applicable for the following courses in BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus in United Arab Emirates

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Biotechnology
  • This scholarship is available for all undergraduate courses

 

Scholarship amount details

  • A tuition waiver of 10% is offered for the first-year tuition fees
  • Admitted candidates who have obtained 70% or above in the aggregate of the Qualifying Examination will be offered a 25% concession in the Hostel fee for the normal duration of the program (four years)

The conversion rate used: 1 AED = Rs. 22.64 (last updated 24th December 2024).

At any given time, a student can avail more than one scholarship/ concession on tuition fee unless otherwise mentioned, provided the total scholarship/ concession amount does not exceed more than 50% of the tuition fee amount of that semester including all or any scholarship/concession availed by the student
