Scholarship Overview

This fund is being created to provide scholarships to deserving meritorious students with a constrained financial background. The fund is aiming to create an endowment of Rs. 2 Crore, which shall be invested as a Fixed Deposit and the interest generated shall be used to fund the scholarship.

Scholarship amount details

  • A tuition waiver of 25% is offered for the first-year tuition fees
  • Admitted candidates who have obtained 70% or above in the aggregate of the Qualifying Examination will be offered a 25% concession in the Hostel fee for the normal duration of the program (four years)

Scholarship Eligibility

  • Applicants need a minimum 90% aggregate overall in their 12th with a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics subjects with at least 50% marks in each subject
  • English is the medium of instruction; therefore, good proficiency in English is essential for admission
  • Candidates who have completed their qualifying examination from Non-English medium must have secured a minimum TOEFL Score of 500 in paper-based test or 61 in internet-based test or have an IELTS Score of 5 or above
