Scholarship Eligibility

  • International applicants who are offered a place by Cambridge College will be sent an application form to apply for Cambridge Trust Scholarships
  • those applicants will also be considered for any other awards administered by the Cambridge Trust for which they are eligible Applicants will be interviewed

The eligibility requirements for undergraduate scholarships are:

  • significant academic achievement and potential
  • financial need
  • Funding for international students with financial need is highly competitive. If students do not require financial support in order to study at Cambridge, please do not apply for a scholarship. students will only be eligible for a Cambridge Trust scholarship if we are satisfied that students have financial need

  • The Trust’s awards period runs from March to the end of July and is an ongoing process throughout that period. The majority of the undergraduate awards are made in March/April, but some of the partner-funded awards can take longer to process. In addition, we may able to promote reserve candidates if and when offers are declined
  • While we appreciate that this can be an anxious time for applicants, their patience would be appreciated while waiting for a decision
  • As long as students have applied by the funding deadline and have a conditional offer of admission for their course, students will be considered for any awards for which students are eligible. their application will remain under consideration until the end of the awards period
