  • Applicants who received their bachelor’s degree from a university where the medium of instruction was in English are not required to take an English language assessment test
  • The Darden School nominates a select number of candidates who apply in the Early Action and first application rounds. International students are invited to apply in Darden’s Early Action round to be considered for a nomination to the Jefferson Fellows Competition

 

Scholarship Eligibility

 

  • Applicant must have completed their bachelor’s degree at a college or university in the United States or hold a college or university degree equivalent to a four-year American baccalaureate degree
  • Applicants with only three years of bachelors degree will also be considered
  • Candidates interested in being considered for this Fellowship should be exceptional candidates from anywhere in the world who demonstrate qualities such as ethical leadership, diplomatic decisiveness, a track record of putting ideas into action, and a superb record of academic achievement
  • The first round of Fellowship application review may include a personal interview An evaluative interview is conducted by invitation only
