A candidate can be awarded multiple Holland Scholarships, based on merit, to a maximum of 3 (€15.000).

Appication Process for this scholarship

  • Submit all required documents at once with your MSc application.
  • Complete your MSc application, ensuring you meet the admission requirements.
  • Upload the Scholarship Application Form as part of your MSc application.
  • Provide TWO reference letters:
    • Upload reference letters during your MSc application as a single PDF document, following the stated requirements.
    • Alternatively, request reference letters from referees by using the ‘send invitation button’ in the application portal. Referees will receive an email to upload their reference for you.
    • Combine both methods if necessary (e.g., upload one and request one).
    • Ensure reference letters are included before submitting your application; they will not be accepted afterward.
    • Reference letters must be submitted before the Scholarship deadline.
  • Upload an English language certificate, if required:
    • Non-EU/EFTA students must include their English test results with the application.

Scholarship Eligibility

  • A bachelor’s degree with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 75% of the scale maximum
  • Excellent applicants from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who have been (conditionally) admitted to one of the 2-year Regular TU Delft’s MSc programs with a bachelor’s degree from an internationally renowned university outside The Netherlands
  • Must satisfy the English language proficiency requirement with one of the following tests:
    • TOEFL with a minimum score of 21 for each section
    • IELTS with a minimum of 60 for each section
