Scholarship Overview

University of Waterloo’s Engineering Society Leadership Excellence First Year Award is in the amount of $1,000 and is given every year to any full-time undergraduate student who is in his or her first academic term in the Faculty of Engineering. Criteria for selection will include outstanding leadership outside of Waterloo prior to coming to the university, be it in high school or otherwise. Funding for this award is provided by University of Waterloo Engineering Society, and the Office of the Dean of Engineering.
