Scholarship Eligibility

  • Admission to this program requires one of the following:
    • A recognized 4-year Bachelor degree in an appropriate area of engineering with a minimum 65% average; or
    • Completion of the Graduate Diploma in Engineering Science with a minimum 65% average; or
    • Completion of the Graduate Certificate in Engineering Science with a minimum 65% average
  • English Language Proficiency:
    • TOEFL: 90 with a minimum 23 in writing, 22 in reading, listening, and speaking
    • IELTS: 65 with a minimum of 60 in each subtest
    • PTE: 64 with a minimum 54 in each subtest
    • Applicants with Grade C1 in English Core from All India Senior School Certificate – [CBSE] and 70% in English from Indian School Certificate – [ICSE] can fulfill the English Language requirement
  • Applicants need to be an Indian citizen, currently living in India
  • Applicants need to have received a full offer of admission to study a UNSW undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree commencing in 2021 to be eligible for this scholarship
