Scholarship Overview

Global Excellence Graduate Scholarship is awarded for pursuing MSc Computer Science at University College Dublin. A student can get a maximum amount of Euro 13200 and the scholarship amount will be given one time only. The scholarship amount can be used for paying tuition. To be eligible for the award, applicants must have completed their Bachelor degree and passed the 12th grade. To be eligible for this award, international students must take English proficiency tests such as TOEFL, IELTS, PTE.

This scholarship is applicable for Masters’s Degree. This scholarship is applicable for the following courses in University College Dublin in Ireland

  • Master of Science in Computer Science
  • Applicable to full-time Masters programs except for all programs in the Smurfit School of Business, all joint masters programs, clinical programs, and online programs

 

Scholarship amount details

  • For one year Masters Programmes, the scholarship will cover the 50% awarded amount against one year of tuition fees
  • For two year Masters programmes in the College of Engineering and Architecture, the scholarship amount is renewable in the second year subject to the student maintaining an annual grade point average of no less than 3.08/4.2 (upper second class)

Conversion rate used: 1 Euro = Rs. 90.34 (last updated 19th December 2024).

  • Decisions will be made by the Scholarship Committee and candidates will be notified within two weeks of the committee decision. All decisions are final
  • Students awarded a scholarship must commit to attending UCD Open Event’s where required
  • Student’s must also agree to join the Student Ambassador Panel and provide
    testimonials, or podcasts on their experience at UCD where required
