Scholarship Eligibility

  • GPA, part one: Cumulative grade point average of 2.75 or higher
  • GPA, part two: A grade of 2.0 or higher in each admission prerequisite
  • Applicant should have a score of 79 with no subscore below 17 in TOEFL
  • Applicant should have a score of 53 with no subscore below 48 in PTE
  • Applicant should be a first-year international undergraduate applicant to Michigan State University
  • An international applicant is an individual who holds citizenship in a country outside the United States and who does not possess US
  • citizenship or permanent residency
  • Evidence-based reading and writing score of 510 or higher on an exam in which the composite score is within or higher than MSU’s middle fifty percent of enrolled freshmen
