Arkansas Tech University offers the Graduate Out of State Tuition Fee Waiver scholarship. Every semester, the International Students Office of Arkansas Tech University awards scholarships to degree-seeking students who have specified financial needs. Note that a large portion of the scholarship funds come from International student tuition. Graduate Out of State Tuition Fee Waiver scholarship is applicable for Masters Degree. Scholarship Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, or a closely related field, from a regionally accredited college or university
• Have a minimum of 300 cumulative GPA (scale is 400=A) in the last 60 hours of a student’s first bachelor’s degree program
• Have a minimum of 300 cumulative GPA (scale is 400=A) in graduate work, if applicable
• Satisfy the English language proficiency requirement by submitting one of the following tests:
  • 80 on the Internet-based TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
  • 65 on the IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
  • 60 on the PTE (Pearson Test of English)
• Must take GRE with acceptable scores
• A minimum score of 150 on the Quantitative section of the GRE (excluding Emergency Management and Homeland Security program)
