Scholarship Eligibility

Applicants must:

  • Have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, or a closely related field, from a regionally accredited college or university
  • Have a minimum of 300 cumulative GPA (scale is 400=A) in the last 60 hours of a student’s first bachelor’s degree program
  • Have a minimum of 300 cumulative GPA (scale is 400=A) in graduate work, if applicable
  • Satisfy the English language proficiency requirement by submitting one of the following tests:
    • 80 on the Internet-based TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
    • 65 on the IELTS (International English Language Testing System)
    • 60 on the PTE (Pearson Test of English)
  • Must take GRE with acceptable scores
  • A minimum score of 150 on the Quantitative section of the GRE (excluding Emergency Management and Homeland Security program)
