  • ELP scores:
    • IELTS- overall score 6.0 with a minimum score of 6.0 in each section
    • TOEFL- overall score 80 with a minimum subscore of 20
  • Come from outside the European Economic Area
  • Be applying for a full-time bachelor degree program
  • Have never before studied at an education institution in the Netherlands
  • Be enrolling for the first time at The Hague University of Applied Sciences
  • Have never applied for this scholarship before
  • Have to pay the full institutional tuition fee rate
