Scholarship amount details

The applicant will receive the scholarship amount on the basis of High School GPA:

  • $4,000(Renewable): if GPA is 95% or higher
  • $3,500(Renewable): if GPA is 90 – 94.9%
  • $3,000(Renewable): if GPA is 85 – 89.9%
  • $2,000(Renewable): if GPA is 80 – 84.9%
  • $1,500(One Time): if GPA is 75 – 79.9%
  • Renewable scholarships will be reissued if the student achieves 80% or above in each year of the Bachelor’s degree

Conversion rate used: 1 CAD = Rs. 61.33 (last updated 7th December 2023).

  • Students must remain registered as a full-time student in consecutive years for the duration of their degree program
  • If the student becomes ineligible for scholarship renewal, previously awarded scholarship funds will remain as awarded towards the student’s tuition fees
  • Any exceptions to the conditions of renewability will be at the discretion of the official designation of the Office of the Registrar
  • Exceptions will only be considered through an official petition by the student’s Faculty and on written recommendation from the Faculty’s Dean

Scholarship Eligibility

  • XIIth: Applicant must have passed High School with an overall minimum grade point average (GPA) of 65 percent
  • Required Courses: Grade 12th English with a minimum of 65 percent and Grade 11th or 12th Mathematics with a minimum of 60 percent
  • English Language Proficiency Proof:
    • TOEFL: 84 with no single test score below 21
    • IELTS: 65 with no single test score below 60
    • PTE: Minimum score of 58 – 60
    • ELP can be waived for the applicants having a minimum of 3 years of full-time study at the secondary school level where English is the primary language of instruction and evaluation, with acceptable grades in all English courses
  • Note: The scholarship is awarded on the basis of high school GPA
  • Applicants are eligible for the scholarship if they have a GPA in the range of 75-100%
